Day 4 – Juicing!

Juicing has become a popular trend for fitness/health junkies today. What better way to kick-start day 4 of the 21 day challenge than with a yummy juice? Here is a really great recipe, from a really great juice and smoothie bar “Restore”,  to get your juices flowing!!

1 Cup Coconut Water
1 Full Apple (Cored)
5 Sprigs of Parsley
1 Cup of Spinach
1/2 Cup Mangoes
1 Cup of Ice

This recipe is Restores’ number 1 seller. It is very high in iron and is a great blood strengthener.
